Hi, I’m Oved, though most people know me as Ovdi. My journey with hummus didn't start in a culinary school; it started with a lifelong passion that has spanned over 18 years.

Back in Israel, where I’m from, hummus is more than just a dip—it is almost like a religion. There is a specific hype, a culture, and an uncompromising standard for quality that surrounds every bowl. People don't just eat hummus; they experience it.
