My journey with hummus didn't start in a culinary school, it kicked off nearly 40 years ago when I tasted perfection in a small but famous hummus joint in Jaffa (in the picture).
Back where I’m from, hummus is way more than just a dip — it is almost like a religion.
There is an ever growing hype around it, a culture symbole.
Hummus, and even more so Mesabacha, are not merely side dishes - they are the main event!
Everyone have their fav hummus joint as well as their Local, just like people here have it with pubs!.

We prepare our Hummus early in the morning and bring it to you by lunch, ensuring you taste the authentic difference that only fresh, handmade food can provide.
